Late last year, I wrote you about January 6 peaceful protester and disabled Marine
Zach Rehl.

I’m writing you about Zach right now, because
shocking information just came out in court on March 22:
One of the witnesses for Zach’s defense is an FBI snitch -- a Confidential Human Source (CHS)
who’s been spying on Zach and Zach’s lawyer since April, 2021 and informing the FBI and DOJ on how Zach was going to defend himself
in court.
Joe
Biden’s criminally rotten Department of Justice kept this a secret until March 22.
Investigative reporter Julie Kelly broke this critically important story.
Zach’s attorney
has filed a motion to compel the FBI to reveal ALL information they have from their snitch, and from any other snitches that may still be spying
on Zach and his lawyer.
Here’s a direct quote from that legal motion:
“During this period of time, the CHS has been in contact via telephone, text messaging, and other
electronic means, with one or more of the counsel for the defense and at least one defendant.
During this time, the CHS also participated in prayer meetings with members of
one or more of the defendants’ families.
The CHS also engaged in discussions with one of the defendant’s family members about replacing one of the defense
counsel.”
I
couldn’t be more disgusted with my former alma mater, the Department of Justice.
It’s clear that Joe Biden’s lawless “Gestapo” of a
DOJ and “Waffen SS” attack dog FBI won’t let the Constitution or the rule of law stand in their way as they use the federal
courts in Washington, D.C. to prosecute and persecute the January 6 peaceful protesters.
And if they get away with it, they will come for you, me, our families,
and other patriotic Americans, too!

My previous urgent email about Zach from last October:
Patriot Zach Rehl received an honorable discharge from the United States
Marine Corps…and received a 100% disability rating from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
But the FBI raided his home on March 17th, 2021, arrested him, and threw him in jail for peacefully protesting the
stolen 2020 Presidential election at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021.
Zach didn’t attack the U.S. Capitol
Police. (His own father and grandfather were Philadelphia cops, for pete’s sake.)
Zach didn’t break anything, or even hurt
anyone’s feelings with harsh words.
He simply exercised his right to free speech as an American citizen
.
But because he’s a member of the Proud Boys, Joe Biden’s corrupt and criminal Department
of Justice has charged him with seditious conspiracy.
Zach has been held without bail this entire time.
What’s more, he hasn’t had the chance to hold his baby
girl even once.
And to add insult to injury, the VA notified his wife, Amanda, that they were cutting off
Zach’s disability payments because he’d been charged with seditious conspiracy. Just charged – not convicted!
As you can imagine, all of this has been brutally hard on Zach, his wife, and two daughters.
No freedom…no
rights…no due process…IN AMERICA!
Patriot, that’s why I’ve filed two critically important class action
lawsuits on behalf of each and every January 6 Peaceful Protester who are getting brutally abused by the justice
system as I write you this urgent email.
If the FBI can push around a peaceful, disabled Marine veteran for
exercising his right to free speech, they can push you and me, our families, friends, and fellow Americans around,

Zach warns about that in a letter to his wife:
“They are jailing innocent people on
bogus and trumped-up charges because those people simply supported the sitting president at the time; which is
