• Several members of Congress have recently introduced bills with bipartisan support to protect America’s children online, including the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) the Protecting Kids on Social Media Act.
• The bills introduced would safeguard against algorithms, provide more tools to parents to supervise their kids on apps, and more stringently protect children from harmful adult content.
