An up close and personal glimpse of my journey to save women’s sports                              Â
Friend,
I want to personally invite you to join me TOMORROW, MAY 23 at 1:00 p.m. ET for my virtual event with Independent Women’s Network: Riley Gaines… UNCENSORED ([link removed]) .

Last year I was forced to compete against transgender athlete Lia Thomas. We tied down to the hundredth of a second, but the NCAA representatives informed me that Lia was going to be awarded the trophy “for photograph purposes.” I was taken aback — belittled, discriminated against, pushed aside, and angered at the injustice of this decision.
The NCAA’s decision and rules that forced me, my teammates, and the other female swimmers to compete against and undress in front of a male were the inciting events in my journey to stand up and speak out to save women’s sports.
In the past year, I have had the opportunity to testify in front of Congress and speak at schools, helping to give this issue the national attention it needs. The NCAA has continued to push discriminatory policies that are egged on by the Biden administration’s unethical rewrite to Title IX, setting women’s sports back fifty years. I will not stand for this and I refuse to be silent.
So much has happened since I began this journey and I want to personally share it, details and all, with you! Also, come ready with your questions because I want to hear from YOU!

I look forward to sharing my entire story with you.
See you there,
Riley
