VICTORY! The impeachment trial is over, and Donald J. Trump is still our President!

Despite unrelenting attacks from Democrats since the day he took office, President Trump was acquitted by the United States Senate on both articles of impeachment.

The vote was entirely partisan, as expected. With Democrats voting guilty, and the Republican majority voting not guilty.

The only “surprise” during the final vote was from failed Presidential candidate and sleeper Democrat, Mitt Romney, who voted “guilty” on the first article of impeachment.

However, despite Romney’s willingness to ignore the fact that there was NO EVIDENCE of any high crime or misdemeanor, the President was acquitted. Citing his deep convictions, he could have quietly made the vote, but he chose to instead, virtue signal to the world, and take his time on C-SPAN to lecture us on morality, while practically begging for the compliments from the left.

We are sad that Romney decided to reject every logical constitutional argument against impeachment, and disappointed that he failed to use his 10 minutes to draw attention to the abuses of the FISA courts, but in the end, we are proud of the rest of the caucus who did the right thing. Vote to acquit.

Finally, after years of hoax, after hoax, …and months of investigations into the Ukraine, and the Mueller report before that, the sham impeachment is now over. President Trump was exonerated entirely, as we knew he would be from the very beginning.

Perhaps Congressional Democrats will now get back to work doing what they were elected to do? — carrying out the business of the American people.

We couldn’t have conducted such a strong, steadfast, and unrelenting defense of the President without your help.

So, to all those in the Trump Defense Team, we just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

Your efforts helped protect our duly elected President from the greatest witch-hunt of our lifetimes.

Without you, today, we might not be calling Donald J. Trump, our President.

Less than 24 before the acquittal vote in the Senate, President Trump had a chance to address the nation from the House Floor at the State of the Union.

While many expected the President to spend much of his time discussing impeachment, in a surprising and encouraging move, the President decided to avoid the topic of impeachment all together. Instead, he used the State of the Union to do what the speech was designed to do – tell the American people the state of our union President Trump gave the country a strong message, the state of the union is stronger than ever! Specifically, he discussed the ongoing economic prosperity that we are experiencing, the blue collar boom, low unemployment rates, but also what we as a nation can achieve in the next year.

President Trump’s address to the nation was one of the best addresses we have had in a generation. Not only was it an uplifting, unifying, and inspiring State of the Union speech, but he clearly defined challenges that we still face, and the tools that we have before us to implement solutions. Namely, he spoke about school choice, continuing to fix our immigration system, and expanding tax cuts.

Furthermore, the President touched the hearts of all conservatives when he honored one of our own. Last week, conservative hero Rush Limbaugh was diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer – and President Trump took the unprecedented action of honoring Rush, live during the State of the Union, by awarding him with our highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Rush, has long been one of the most outspoken and important members of the conservative movement, getting the message out, defending our country, day in and day out, from the creep of socialism. Thank you, Rush Limbaugh, for your many years of service to our country, and thank you, President Trump, for awarding him such a great honor.

If you didn’t watch it live, I’m sure you’ve seen the replay – but the worst part of the State of the Union, by far, was the clownlike reaction of the Speaker of the House. Her pantomime show of displeasure behind the president during the speech was ridiculous enough, but she has the audacity to take an official copy of the State of the Union, submitted to her in her capacity as Speaker, and rip the speech in half while the cameras still rolled, broadcasting into the homes of millions of American.

What made matters even worse, is that that calculating woman, pre-tore the speech to make sure it was ready for broadcast. Speaker Pelosi defiled an exceptional speech that honored living American heroes, and she defiled her office in the process.

Luckily though, we weren’t the only ones who thought this…

Rep. Matt Gaetz was appalled by Pelosi’s actions, so he filed an Ethics Complaint against the Speaker of the House.
