Oregon held school board elections last week, and Oregonians made it clear that they don't support divisive leaders who want to ban books and discriminate against students.

Oregonian: 'Culture wars' candidates for Oregon school boards mostly lost

This is great news!

Healthy and supportive learning environments are essential to high-quality, well-rounded education, and having good local school board leaders makes a real difference in whether every student can thrive.

There is undoubtedly more work to be done in Oregon and across the nation, but I know that anything is possible when we work together to stand up against injustice.

We can and will win the fight for a public education system in which all students can thrive.

Thank you for standing with me,

Suzanne
