We've told you about Nancy Abudu, a Biden judicial nominee to the federal bench who has a clear record of leftist activism. On May 18th, the Senate voted to confirm Abudu to be a U.S. Circuit Court judge for the Eleventh Circuit with a vote of 49-47. Regrettably, Abudu will now preside in federal court for years to come.

As we've said before, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), where Abudu has served as the Strategic Litigation Director, is a corrupt organization known for targeting its political opponents with its "hate group" label and dangerous rhetoric. The organization and its members are radical through-and-through. Recently, Thomas Webb Jurgens, a SPLC lawyer, was charged with domestic terrorism after. He, along with other demonstrators, threw Molotov cocktails and bricks at police officers and lit cars on fire at a police training center in Atlanta, Georgia. SPLC came out with a statement in support of Jurgens following his arrest. The SPLC's actions have incited violence, including an attempted attack against Family Research Council
After you've contacted your Senators, be sure to sign FRC's petition calling for an investigation of the SPLC!
Julie Rikelman, another Biden nominee to be a Circuit Court Judge, could also receive a vote soon. She has a long history of radical pro-abortion advocacy. Rikelman has represented abortionists in court on several occasions, most recently in the Dobbs case.
Reach out to your Senator now to thank those who opposed Abudu's confirmation and share your disappointment with those who voted in her favor. While you're at it, voice your opposition to Julie Rikelman's nomination as well.
