Earlier this month, Florida Republicans introduced one of the strictest anti-immigration bills in history.

The bill would require hospitals to ask patients about their citizenship status, ban non-citizens from acquiring driver’s licenses, and prohibit undocumented immigrants from being admitted to practice law in the state.

Amidst an already hostile environment towards immigrants, this egregious bill would further push hundreds of thousands of people into the shadows. We simply cannot stand by and allow Republicans to push their extremist, xenophobic agenda.

In Congress, Linda has been a fierce advocate for a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million undocumented immigrants living and working in the US. And as Republicans ramp up their unjust anti-immigration policies, she is not stopping anytime soon.
