John,

Last week I reintroduced the Judiciary Act, the bill that would expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court to 13 — one for every circuit court.

We’re spearheading a movement to expand the Supreme Court and undo the damage that conservatives have done by unfairly packing it with right-wing ideologues. And our movement is growing.

When I first introduced the Judiciary Act last Congress, only two other members co-sponsored it from the beginning with me. This Congress, we introduced it with 61 original co-sponsors.

Your solidarity has enabled us to get this far. Help us drum up even more support for the bill by making a contribution, John → [[link removed]]

The Supreme Court — with no code of ethics, with dark money flowing in from far-right groups, with billionaires trying to buy justices — has made its own bed. We need to step in to save the Court from itself.

If you’re with me — and all the groups fighting for Americans’ rights, groups who are joining the movement to pass my bill — please make a contribution to help us keep building support and momentum → [[link removed]]

I will not let a handful of conservative ideologues ruin the nation’s highest court. Thank you for joining us and standing for justice.
