Background: On March 3, we filed a Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) Complaint against Hunter Biden, based on information we found in the first set of documents we obtained after we sued the National Archives and Records Administration for its refusal to release Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential records.

And earlier this month, we released a third tranche of emails we uncovered.

These provide yet more clear evidence that Hunter Biden’s shady overseas business activities were completely commingled with Joe Biden’s official business all the way back in 2009, his first year in the White House.  
Here is what is revealed in this latest batch of emails:

·       Vice President Biden’s closest advisors held confidential discussions about Hunter Biden’s consulting firm, Seneca Global Advisors;

·       Hunter’s foreign travel and personal business and financial matters involved discussions with White House staff and other Obama administration appointees;

·       On the same day that a CCP official was addressing allegations of political retaliation against an Anglo-Australian mining company, Hunter’s business partner involved with CCP-backed mining deals was reaching out to the Vice President’s advisor about that CCP official’s upcoming visit;

·       And the National Archives continues to unlawfully withhold records through improper and partisan applications of the Presidential Records Act.

This is obviously only scratching the bare surface of this scandal. And we intend to aggressively and thoroughly challenge the National Archives’ improper concealment of evidence that reveals the full extent of the Biden family’s influence peddling.

Joe Biden’s exploitation of his position of power to enrich his family and associates is wrong and is truly a National disgrace…

They viewed the Office of the Vice President as an ATM!
