Hey, got any plans tonight? Now you do!
Tonight, I’ll be unmasking voter suppression alongside some amazing panelists listed below hailing from the ACLU, NAACP, New Disabled South, and more.
This event is part of a public awareness campaign that Groundwork Project is proud to be a part of, Democracy Under Attack, led by our grantee Alabama Values.
We’ll be talking about what we can do together in order to defend voting rights and empower the communities that are disproportionately impacted by voter suppression tactics. I hope you can join us at 6 PM CST tonight:
See some familiar faces on there? Don’t miss Groundwork Project’s Southern Organizing Advisor Charles Taylor who will be talking about some of the most egregious voter suppression tactics they’ve seen in Mississippi, and highlighting what we can do to help stop these harmful strategies.
Hope to see you there,
— Joe
