ADL Education is proud to partner with the Human Rights Campaign's Welcoming Schools in the creation of "Centering Youth Voices: Addressing Identity-based Bullying," a video and discussion guide to help educators deal with this important issue.

Our young people, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized groups, face enormous challenges today. They’re the target of too much hate and not enough support. 

We need to do more. We must listen to their experiences and then commit to taking action that will make a difference.

encouraging authentic conversations about identity and bias, getting to the root causes, and implementing policies and practices to improve school culture.  Please watch and share the video and related resources with your education colleagues and parents.

By listening and taking the necessary actions to support young people who are asking to be heard and seen, we begin to make positive change in our classrooms, schools, families and communities.
