Hey John, it’s Tim.
I hate to bother you on a Sunday because I know you’re probably relaxing, spending time with family or getting ready for the week so I’ll keep this quick.
Tomorrow is going to be one of the most important days of my life. Through a whole lotta prayer and conversations with my mama and my mentors, I feel confident and ready to take the next step.

I want to be honest with you though, this won’t be easy. There are a lot of people out there who want to see me fail and will do anything they can to see me stumble. When I push back against the Left’s narrative of what a Republican should look like or what a Black man should believe, they call me names so terrible I don’t dare repeat them.
My grandfather always used to say “Timmy, you can be bitter, or you can be better. But you can’t be both.”
I am living proof that America is the Land of Opportunity, not a land of oppression.
Before I take the stage tomorrow, I’d love to hear from you. A prayer, a note, even just a 👍🏾 !
