The EPA’s latest proposal would place federal restrictions on carbon emissions for both new and existing power plants, meaning most coal and gas-fired power plants would have to cut or capture nearly all of their carbon dioxide emissions.

However, despite the proposal catering to the conservative-dominated Court, environmental lawyers are already gearing up to protect the rule as they know the extreme conservatives on the Court are perfectly fine being hypocritical in the service of their ideological crusade.
