Dear Supporter,
Media are reporting ([link removed]) that the Trudeau cabinet is considering giving Alberta a bailout instead of approving the Teck Frontier oilsands project in northeastern Alberta.
It’s a huge, $20-billion project that would generate more than 7,000 jobs and be a huge boost to Alberta and Canada’s economy.
Rejecting this project and sending a taxpayer-funded bailout would be a massive slap in the face to Albertans, who are looking for good, private sector jobs, not government handouts.
Trudeau’s cabinet is slated to make a decision this month.
So we’re asking your help to contact them and tell them to approve the project instead of giving a bailout.
When politicians get thousands of emails on the same subject, they become impossible to ignore. We have the numbers to do that. So let’s do it.
