What do you think of when you hear the term "liberal"?Chances are, if someone had been posed that same question 200 years ago they would have come up with a very different answer!You see, while the political ideology so pervasive today has hijacked the term to mean support for more centralized government at the expense of individual freedom, that hasn't always been the case.
