Great news -- Anthony Brindisi and his House colleagues just passed legislation to protect the US Postal Service!

Yes, the USPS is an important and historical American institution, but it’s more than that: Americans across the country -- especially in rural communities -- depend on their local post office to keep in touch with loved ones, pay their bills, receive their medication, and even mail in ballots.

But if we don’t act now to protect the USPS, it could run out of money as early as 2024!

Funding for the USPS is expected to dry up in the next four years. So if we don’t step up now to save postal offices across the country, the current administration could privatize our Postal Service and destroy the jobs of thousands of hardworking Americans.
