We’ve promised to always be honest with you, FirstName/team, so here it is: Our fundraising has taken a significant dip since the election last year. (Spoiler alert, we’re going to be asking you to chip in at the end of this email. If you want to cut to the chase, you can do so right here.)

The thing is, we saw this coming. It’s the “off year.” Folks check out of politics for a bit.

But the fact is, there is no off season for us. We work 24/7, year-round, in order to secure wins for our endorsed candidates and our legislative priorities. We left everything on the field last year, and because of that we were able to re-elect 15 of our 16 frontline Congresswomen. 

That means we’re starting a bit behind this time around. 2024 is going to be a critical election, and when our supporters check out, it means we have fewer resources to get the job done. 

That’s why we’re asking you to step up and become a monthly donor today. Knowing we have your $3 or $10 coming in the door every month will help us plan a long term strategy, and get us through the months when fundraising slows down. 

Think about it — if you commit to chipping in $3 a month every month until Election Day, that’s just about $50 over the next year and a half. So instead of donating that amount in October 2024, commit to making an early and consistent investment in our year round work. That’s how we’ll build a lasting and sustainable movement for the long haul.
