We’ve said it once, we’ll say it again. No one will outwork Nikki Haley.
This week, Nikki wrapped up her 22nd event and her fourth swing in the Hawkeye State. It was a jam-packed week of town halls and meet and greets across Ankeny, Waterloo, Dubuque, Davenport, and more. Nikki met with hundreds of voters to discuss the state of her race, the future of our country, and her plans to make America strong and proud.
Nikki is headed back to New Hampshire NEXT WEEK where she will launch her Veterans for Nikki coalition, and host her FIRST New Hampshire Women for Nikki event.
Take a look at this week's highlights.
IOWA RECAP:
Ankeny

Rep. Zach Nunn: “.@NikkiHaley is right - it’s time to take the ‘kick me’ sign off our backs. The beast from the Southeast was in #Ankeny tonight to share a fiery message for America’s future with a standing room only crowd. #IowaCaucus2024” (Twitter, 5/17/23)
|
Des Moines Register’s Francesca Block: “@BrennaBird praises Iowa as a ‘bright spot’ in the rest of the country and says the country needs more strong conservative leadership. ‘We are looking for strong leaders to take our country back and we‘ve got that in @NikkiHaley,’ she said.” (Twitter, 5/17/23)
Waterloo
|
The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier: “Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley said she’s been underestimated in everything she’s ever done – but that makes her ‘scrappy’ and a hard worker.” (The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier, 5/19/23)
Dubuque

WHAT VOTERS ARE SAYING
"To me she feels like she gives honest answers and she's down-to-earth and she doesn't try to play the political game." |
“I’ve followed Nikki Haley since she was the governor of South Carolina and when she was an Ambassador. I think it's really important that we have positive female representation in the Republican Party, and I think she is a great role model for young women.”
|
IN THE NEWS
“Republican presidential candidate and former governor and ambassador Nikki Haley will unveil her Veterans for Nikki coalition next week during a two-day swing through New Hampshire, the state that holds the first primary and second overall contest in the GOP presidential nominating calendar.
And Haley, the only female candidate among the major contenders for the Republican presidential nomination, will also launch a Women for Nikki New Hampshire coalition. The announcements, shared first with Fox News on Thursday, will come as the former two-term South Carolina governor who later served as ambassador to the United Nations makes her fourth swing through the Granite State since declaring her candidacy for the White House in February.”

Nikki Haley lambasted District Attorney Alvin Bragg for charging Marine Daniel Penny and called on New York Governor Kathy Hochul to pardon Penny.
