Team—I wanted to send you a quick note about why I’m in this race.

As a third-generation Montana dirt farmer, I’m damn proud to bring my Montana values to the U.S. Senate every single day. I love this country, and I’m relentless in defending Montana and this nation because, at the end of the day, I believe in the people.

I’m in this race to fight for the working families of this country and their freedoms —especially those who’ve built the middle of it: the family farmers and ranchers, the educators and innovators, the union workers and service workers, our public servants, our warriors, our health care providers.

I'm not done fighting for them, and I’m not done fighting for you, either.

Republicans have named me as a top target in their fight to take back the Senate. I’m the most vulnerable senator running for reelection. But I know how to win tough fights—I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again.
