This special holiday is a time we set aside to celebrate every military member and thank them for their service to our country.

With our unified military, fighting on land, sea, and air, we can enjoy the freedoms and rights the United States holds dear.

Thanks to my father, who served in World War ll, and a mother who dedicated her life to being a VA nurse, I know the importance of saying thank you to those who serve.

Without our men and women in uniform who defend and protect our country, we would be lost and defenseless against our enemies.
