Friends, back when Biden first announced that Title 42 would be lifted, I sent you a message entitled “The nightmare before Christmas.” 

 

Since then, we’ve shouted at the top of our lungs that our immigration system was broken.  

 

We begged the Biden administration to visit the border to witness the humanitarian crisis for themselves. 

 

And we dreaded the day when Title 42 would officially vanish and leave our border patrol agents powerless at the hands of massive waves of migrants.

 

Friends, as it turns out, “nightmare” was just the half of it. 

 

That’s why my team and I have drafted a petition to DEMAND a secure border.

 

Title 42 protected the American people from MILLIONS of migrant crossings during the peak of the pandemic. 

 

But now, we have NO PLAN in place to control the situation! 

 

Soon enough, every city will be a border city. 

 

And Friends, the cost on the economy will be truly DEVASTATING, with taxpayers carrying the burden of supporting this mass influx. 

 

We need to keep the American people safe.
