Farmers Market Benefit Cards Available to Eligible Seniors Beginning May 22
?
Beginning Monday, May 22, 2023, the Skagit County Senior Services Program will have a limited number of Farmers Market Benefit Cards available for Skagit County seniors, age 60 years or older (55+ if Native American/Alaska Native), who meet certain income requirements. To be eligible for benefits, you must meet the following income limit requirements:
- $26,973 annually or $2,248 monthly income for individuals
- $36,482 annually or $3,040 monthly income for couples
Each eligible person will receive up to $80 in benefits to be used at any approved Skagit County Farmers Market. Vouchers will be available while supplies last and given on a first come/first-served basis, with one benefit card available per person.
Eligible seniors can pick up their benefit card at the following locations:
