It seems that Rollins’ behavior has finally caught up to her and she is leaving her position.

You might remember the former DA who tried to throw an innocent man in prison for up to 10 years simply for speaking out and then got a promotion to US Attorney.

Well, according to federal reports released Wednesday, it turns out that Rollins allegedly leaked sensitive information to a journalist, lied under oath, and improperly attended a fundraising event with Jill Biden.

Despite her resignation we’re not stopping our civil litigation on behalf of Joao DePina who confronted Rollins about her lack of investigation into his brother’s murder.

In you don’t remember the details, after Joao called Rollins out in public he was arrested, charged with felonies, and threatened with up to 10 years in prison – simply for exercising his First Amendment rights!

Thanks to the advocacy of our local counsel, the charges against Joao were ultimately dropped, but Joao had to endure an arrest and months of aggressive litigation.

If we allow leftists trample our rights and shut down basic liberties like the freedom of speech, we’re no better as a nation than Iran or North Korea.

Which is why we stepped in and sued Rollins for this massive violation of civil liberties.
