I wanted to share AFL’s latest victory for parents and all Americans.
Just yesterday, AFL helped secure a huge win when the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, dismissed a frivolous lawsuit against an Illinois mother, Helen Levinson, who was born to a family of Christian Arab immigrants from Jordan and raised in Chicago.
Helen bravely stood up against a school teacher for promoting highly-racialized and progressive viewpoints in her school district, and as a result the teacher filed a lawsuit against her. During the proceedings, the teacher claimed that Helen is a “white supremacist and alt-right provocateur. “
AFL proudly joined this case as co-counsel to defend Helen, and we secured a critical victory for Helen, parents, and children.
AFL will continue to stand up against these anti-American attacks on parental rights.
