Our campaign is doing a lot of prep work to win this U.S. Senate race in
the country’s most populous state. Today, I wanted to pull back the
curtain a bit.

Unlike many other states, California has a jungle primary. That means that
millions of new voters who have never seen me on their ballot before will
go to choose among dozens of candidates — and my name will appear
alongside Republicans, Independents, and other Democrats.

With this being an open seat for the first time in more than 30 years, the
stakes are higher too. That’s why Republicans are focusing their attention
on this race — starting by branding me as Public Enemy #1.

Kevin McCarthy kicked it off by unilaterally removing me from the
Intelligence Committee — where I served as a permanent member for the past
decade. Matt Gaetz then introduced legislation to try and bar me from
receiving classified information.

Even George Santos’ former treasurer set up a new Super PAC aimed directly
at me, calling it the STOP ADAM PAC. (I know what you’re thinking. Yes,
the congressman who was just indicted by the Department of Justice on 13
criminal charges. I wish I was joking.)

With them throwing out every dirty trick in the book to defeat me, it’s
critical that I reach every voter possible to share the truth about our
campaign and ensure every voter knows I’ve got their back.

campaign in the history of California — and that won’t come easily.
