John,
We held on to a Democratic majority in the Pennsylvania State House!
We’re very proud to say we played our part, having knocked on 9,000 doors and made more than 15,000 phone calls and 16,000 text messages in an effort to turn out voters in House District 163 for Tuesday’s election.
The New Pennsylvania Project was honored to be joined by Speaker of the Pennsylvania House and NPP Board Member, Rep. Joanna McClinton, at our election morning GOTV launch in House District 163, Delaware County.
This is a significant victory for Pennsylvania, once again keeping our rights safe from the MAGA GOP’s attacks, and we couldn’t have done it without you, John.
Now it’s time to shift our full focus back to year-round voter registration and civic engagement. Our work does not end after election day. Will you pitch in $10 right away to help us keep up the momentum toward a better Pennsylvania? At the rate we’re going, Pennsylvania might not be a battleground state for much longer…

The New Pennsylvania Project was founded in May 2021 to expand Pennsylvania’s electorate, so it reflects the Commonwealth’s demographically changing population. In the next four years, NPP will engage and empower young residents and those living in underrepresented immigrant communities and communities of color. We register communities to vote, provide civic education about the issues that matter in their neighborhoods, and mobilize Pennsylvanians to vote in every election.
