In October, Canadians voted to move forward with a plan inspired by the conversations our Liberal team has on your doorstep. And we’re already working hard to deliver real and positive results for Canadians, friend.
We’re lowering taxes again for the middle class, and putting more money back in the pockets of Canadian families. We’re taking real action to fight climate and protect a clean environment, including by committing Canada to net-zero emissions by 2050 and working to ban harmful single-use plastics by 2021. And, we’re moving forward to ratify the new NAFTA, securing millions of jobs and creating new opportunities for Canadian businesses to grow and thrive.
But as Justin Trudeau often says, there’s still much more hard work ahead of us than behind us. That’s why it’s so important that we continue listening to the priorities that matter most to you, your family, and your community.
