Yesterday we had another hearing on the Weaponization committee – you might have seen some clips of me on the news sparring with Chairman Jim Jordan again.
The truth is, Republicans are using this committee to attack, discredit, and ultimately dismantle the FBI. It’s “defund the police” on steroids all in the name of Donald Trump and promoting their conspiracy theories ahead of the 2024 election.
Folks, this is not normal. These MAGA extremists are a threat to our democracy and the rule of law in America and we must stand up and fight back against them.

This hearing was another sad spectacle for the House Republicans. This is what they are spending their time on, instead of passing a budget and getting on with the business of our country. I fear it’s only going to be more of the same.
