Thanks to DeSantis’ politically-motivated feud, Disney just scrapped a $1 billion development in Orlando. This would have brought over 2,000 high-paying jobs to Central Florida – jobs we needed.

It’s now clearer than ever: DeSantis would rather secure his own political future than secure a better future for Floridians.

I refuse to let him continue abusing his power and ruining lives for political gain. But John, I can’t be the only one calling out DeSantis. That’s where you come in:

John, DeSantis’ attempts to out-Trump Trump and win the presidency is putting Floridians’ livelihoods at risk – and it’s not just his battle with Disney.

He’s endangering our lives with policies like a restriction on gender-affirming care for transgender youth, a bill allowing healthcare providers to discriminate and refuse service to LGBTQ+ patients, a six-week abortion ban, and a permitless carry law which allows someone to hold any gun, any place, anytime.

I’m telling you this because we can’t let DeSantis continue sabotaging our state and our people. We can’t stand for it, and we can’t stay quiet.

If we’re going to defeat DeSantis’ reckless, fascist agenda in Florida, we need to ALL come together and bolster our movement for a better future – a future without fascism.
