John, We know some of you want to come-- may even be planning to come--but just can't quite remember when it's happening. (And some of you are just like me-- an expert procrastinator!) So just so you don't have to sort through all your old emails...we will be at the Merrimon-Wynne House in downtown Raleigh on Wednesday, May 24th at 5:30. You can still get your tickets! It's going to be the place to be next Wednesday, and I know you don't want to miss it. Can't wait to see you!
P.S. And thank you to all you non-procrastinators out there who have already bought your tickets or supported our work with generous sponsorships. On Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 from 5:30 pm to 8:00pm we will host the 2023 Green Tie Awards Ceremony at the beautiful Merrimon-Wynne House at 500 North Blount St. in Raleigh. This event honors North Carolina’s Green Champions: people who have worked tirelessly to ensure that all North Carolinians have access to clean water, clean air, clean energy, and a sustainably healthy environment-- all of which relies on a healthy democracy where our voices can be heard. We invite you, as a leader in the community, to show your support for these efforts and these people by becoming a 2023 Sponsor of the Green Tie Awards Ceremony. Inspire others through your support for a healthier environment, a stronger economy, and a more inclusive democracy. (See who has already joined forces with us!) Will you be there? Buy your tickets now, or please consider sponsoring, John. Who will we honor this year? Who will our special guests be? Stay tuned to find out. But you can go ahead and reserve your tickets today, John!
P.S. Thank you if you have already sponsored or bought your tickets! Thank you to our 2023 sponsors!
