John,
As a member of our pro-choice community, you know that despite the Supreme Court's temporary allowance of mifepristone to remain widely available nationwide -- the fight to protect medication abortion isn't over. The good news? Last cycle this community helped elect EMILYs List-endorsed women to critical offices across the country, and these women are using their offices to protect and even enshrine access to medication abortion.
We're excited to share the good news coming out of states like New York, Kansas, and Massachusetts, John, but first: Can you help reach our $75,000 Protect Medication Abortion fund goal before midnight? Donate now >>

Following the Texas ruling that threatened access to medication abortion nationwide, Democratic pro-choice women have worked tirelessly to ensure it remains widely available. Here are just a few highlights that would not have been possible without your support:
Earlier this month in New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul announced a 2024 state budget that includes $100.7 million to support abortion access, solidifying her state as our nation's first Safe Harbor State for abortion care.
Kansas made history last year as voters successfully protected abortion access statewide. Now, as anti-choice extremists continue their attacks, Gov. Laura Kelly is using her office to veto anti-choice legislation aimed at spreading dangerous disinformation about medication abortion.
And, in Massachusetts, Gov. Maura Healey signed an executive order to protect medication abortion and allocated state funds to stockpile a year's worth of mifepristone for state residents.
This is why electing Democratic pro-choice women to not just Congress but governorships, state legislatures, and local seats is critical in the fight to protect abortion access. Republicans are attacking abortion rights at every level, and we need to make sure Democratic pro-choice women are ready to fight back from every office.
So don't wait! Donate now to help reach our Protect Medication Abortion Fund goal and support the pro-choice women we can count on in the fight to protect abortion access:
