John,
There’s less than six weeks until the election and Dan’s campaign is gaining momentum each and every day across the communities of IL-03. In addition to endorsements from mayors and village presidents covering all corners of the district, the campaign has received crucial support from the labor movement in recent weeks. Dan’s plans to lower healthcare costs, grow American jobs, and improve transportation without outrageous tax increases resonates with commonsense voters and hard-working families.
STRONG LABOR SUPPORT
Dan is very proud to welcome endorsements from the following labor unions: Chicago Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 134, International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, American Train Dispatchers Association, Sheet Metal Air Rail Transportation Workers, National Conference of Firemen and Oilers, Brotherhood of Maintenance Way Employes, Will & Grundy Counties Building Trades, Transportation Communications Union, and the Brotherhood of Rail Road Signalmen.

Judy and Dan attended the BEDS Plus annual Soup and Bread fundraiser, which bolsters the agency’s efforts to combat homelessness in southwestern Cook County. Local restaurants provided soup for the event and a few microbreweries brought their beer products. Dan thanked the organization’s staff and volunteers for their work to end homelessness one person at a time.
