Aloha Fellow Republicans,

Mahalo to all those who participated and voted in new leadership at the 2023 State Convention held in Hilo. Also, a big CHEEHOO to the State Convention Committee for their commitment and hard work in putting the Convention together.

I am grateful and honored for the delegates who elected me to serve as your Vice-Chair of Candidate Recruitment and Training. I have been working in collaboration with District Chairs, community members and outer island leaders to gain knowledge, information, and feedback. The outpouring of people willing to assist and collaborate has been overwhelming and a positive step in finding the "Cream of the Crop" candidates. Many have shared training videos and files to put a simple and cohesive training program together for candidates. "We The People" will "lock arms" to catapult our Republican candidates to victory in the 2024 election and beyond. This is not a me effort, it’s a WE effort. United WE stand, divided we fall!

I would like to sincerely request for your patience as we work through the logistics and process of the run-off elections. We would like the delegates to feel confident that the proper procedures and rules are being closely reviewed.

We are one team, with one goal!!! Train and build strong candidates to win more Republican seats in the House and Senate. Moreover, set up a bench of candidates and prepare them for the future.
