About the job

The Program Support Specialist 3 selected candidate will act as the Inserting Solutions Specialist for Washington State Government for the* Department of Enterprise Services (DES) *- under the *Business Resources Division*. Responsibilities will include consulting with DES *Consolidated Mail Services (CMS)* customers on best options to ensure the quality and integrity of their communications to state citizens; supervising staff and oversee/coordinate day-to-day insert section operations. You will also performance evaluations, corrective action, and training of staff. The incumbent in this role shall provide feedback on other CMS staff to appropriate supervisor; will plan and prioritize work to meet both internal and external customer expectations. In addition, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of sophisticated mailroom equipment.
