Listen, as a scientist, I know numbers really aren’t subjective – but it sure feels like they are sometimes.

For example, when I think our campaign fundraising is meeting expectations, and then my team tells me that we’re actually 39% behind where we should be by this point in the quarter.😐

Why does it matter? Well, early fundraising is one of the key predictors of the political landscape.

Falling short of our fundraising goals feeds the narrative that Democrats aren’t as enthusiastic as they need to be at this crucial moment. In a competitive election cycle like this one, apathy can mean the difference between winning and losing.

The stakes really are that high. So I have to ask: Can you push us closer to our end-of-month goal by chipping in $25 right now?
