The Nevada Senate today joined the Nevada Assembly in approving the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact as a constitutional amendment.
The amendment must now be passed a second time by the Nevada legislature. At that time, the amendment would go onto the statewide ballot for voter approval in November 202
