150 passionate young changemakers from across the country anticipated to join.

14 trailblazing members of Congress confirmed to speak.

3 life-changing days of political leadership training, advocacy, empowerment, and community-building!

John, We’re just 61 days away from Young Women Run in D.C., IGNITE's premier conference that brings together politically ambitious young women from across the U.S. to develop their political leadership skills, advocate for policy change, and expand their networks as they jump-start public service careers.

Registration is open! We’re calling on you to share this transformational event with the young women in your lives. And, of course, we’d love for YOU to join us as well.

This is our favorite moment of the year and we can’t wait to politically empower these young leaders in the heart of the nation.

Sara Guillermo, CEO

P.S. Can’t join? Pay it forward! Make a gift to our scholarship fund to help meet the incredible demand from the 80+ young women who have applied for financial aid to join us. We have a goal of raising $10,000 this month. Your gift will be the reason a young woman gets to experience the life-changing impact of the Young Women Run conference, an experience that could be the catalyst she needs to dive into her career in public service.

My time at IGNITE profoundly shaped my heart-forward leadership approach as well as increased my confidence in owning my voice. Through my two years as the IGNITE Boston Fellow, I was able to lead a political day of advocacy in the Massachusetts statehouse as well as interview the incredible Valerie Jarrett at the Young Women Run NYC conference. I am deeply grateful for the mentors, friends, and collaborators that I gained through IGNITE.

Now I'm organizing Climate Justice initiatives for Religion and Public Life at Harvard Divinity School. I also serve as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging practitioner, creating curriculum and programming centered around antiracist and heart-forward principles. Connect with me on LinkedIn!

I'm currently the Director for the San Francisco Youth Commission, leading 17 youth from across the City and County of San Francisco focusing on youth policy and advising the Board of Supervisors and Mayor. I'm the youngest appointed Director to lead a Commission in San Francisco, which has been a really rewarding experience.

IGNITE has honestly taught me to be comfortable in occupying space in decision-making spaces and not be afraid to take chances! During my time with IGNITE, I gained skills in telling my story and planning for my professional future. They provided me with an amazing network of strong passionate young women from across the country and friendships that will last forever.

Back in 2019, the thought of me running for office sounded like a joke. Not until I attended an IGNITE conference that summer and was surrounded by inspiration and the reality that young women need and belong in elected positions. To my surprise, I was running for a state legislature position in my home state, Kansas that next year.

I owe credit to IGNITE for connecting me with women across the country and helping me gain the courage to say, "I can do this too". Currently, I am in my third year as a state legislator in Kansas and currently inspire the next generation of young folks to run for office.
