President Biden Needs to Immediately Take a Cognitive Test

The American people deserve to have absolute confidence in their President and trust that he or she can perform their duties. Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s mental health is sharply deteriorating as the whole world watches. This is not a political issue, even Democrats are losing faith in the man they put in the White House. Americans want a mentally fit leader and reassurance that the man they elected is a cognitively sound Commander in Chief. I administered a cognitive test to President Donald J. Trump, and it’s time that President Biden is held to the same standard.

The American people deserve answers to these questions, so I sent a letter leading over 60 of my Congressional colleagues demanding that President Biden immediately submit to a cognitive exam. If Biden can’t step up to the plate and pass a cognitive test, then he shouldn’t be our President, and he definitely not be running for a second term. Securing the Southern Border that Biden has Destroyed

President Biden and the woke Democrats' far-left open border policies have created a historic humanitarian, economic, and national security crisis. The end of Title 42 has now exacerbated this disaster!

House Republicans know that border security is national security, and that's why we took action to address the disaster that Biden has created at our border. Bell Helicopter: Update

The Bell V-280 is an outstanding asset that the U.S Army recently selected to serve as its new long-range assault aircraft. If the Air Force follows in the U.S. Army’s footsteps in using the V-280 for its future vertical lift needs, it would be a wise choice!

Agriculture: Update

The SEC is supposed to be responsible for enforcing the law against market manipulation and fraud, but instead, they’re playing partisan politics. While Americans are still struggling with skyrocketing inflation, the SEC’s proposed climate disclosure rule will only lead to even more bureaucracy and regulatory burden on farmers, ranchers, and American small businesses. Small and medium-sized family operations would be forced to allocate time and finances to disclose business-related data regarding their emissions in an effort to comply with unnecessary climate standards. The Biden administration has weaponized the SEC to promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing, and the American people will bear the brunt of this terrible decision.

I was proud to have introduced the Scope 3 Act earlier this month to prohibit publicly traded companies from being required to disclose burdensome climate related data from companies in their value chain. Full bill text can be found here.

Sheppard Air Force Base: Update

Pilots at Sheppard Air Force Base are currently training on an aircraft older than I am! We need to get the T-7 trainer aircraft to Sheppard Air Force Base as soon as possible to ensure we can dominate the Chinese military. I was glad to hear that General Brown agrees with me.

Service Academy Appointments

As a Member of Congress, I have the distinct honor of nominating students to the United States Service Academies including the United States Air Force, Naval, Military (West Point), and Merchant Marine Academies. Congratulations to Michael Hagins, David Diller, Harleigh Garrett, Elijah Hunt, Cason Mackie, Benjamin Bryant, and Jacob Nelson. All outstanding individuals who have been appointed and are dedicating themselves to serving our great country!

Their families, communities, and country wish them the best as they begin a new journey at their respective service academies and beyond!
