Judge Walther joins OAH with over a decade of experience practicing in the areas of workers' compensation and immigration. Currently, she practices law at Chestnut Cambronne PA, where she primarily represents injured workers in workers' compensation disputes. Before joining Chestnut Cambronne, she ran and grew her own small firm, Walther Goss Law.
In addition to her professional experience, Judge Walther has extensive volunteer experience. She has provided pro bono legal representation to migrants in detention centers and refugee camps at the Mexico-United States border, helped establish a fully remote legal clinic to continue providing necessary services at the border during the pandemic, and helped start a new clinic with Volunteer Lawyers Network and Unidos MN.
Judge Walther earned a B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Outside of the office, Judge Walther enjoys biking, gardening, and hiking with her partner and two rescue dogs. Originally from Colombia, Judge Walther is a native Spanish speaker.
Judge Walther will begin her new role on June 12, 2023. Judge Walther will be based at our St. Paul office.
