I don't know about you, John, but I am ready for summer.
With the unofficial start of the season just a few days away, I can't wait to say goodbye to winter and hello to brighter, happier days! ☀️
The thing I am most excited about though is New American Leaders' annual summer tradition—empowering the next cohort of New American candidates and campaign staff at Ready to Win [[link removed]] !

Ready to Win is our immersive two-track training created for New Americans who want to run for office or serve as a campaign staff leader in the next one to two years. The candidate track will train you on messaging, voter outreach, managing the media, fundraising, call time, expanding the electorate and more! And in the campaign leadership track, you will explore team management, volunteer engagement, and methods to engage New American communities. In both tracks of this one-of-a-kind program, you will learn everything you need to run a people-powered, community-centered campaign. But most importantly, you will connect with other New Americans who are ready to work with you to create a stronger, more inclusive democracy.
So what do you say? Are you ready to make some summer plans that take you on the next step in your leadership journey? Apply for the candidate [[link removed]] or campaign leadership [[link removed]] track at Ready to Win and become the leader your community has been waiting for!
Not sure if you're quite ready to sign up? Don't worry, I've got you! We are hosting an information session on May 22nd [[link removed]] and June 1st [[link removed]] to share more information about Ready to Win [[link removed]] , discuss scholarship opportunities, and answer all of your questions. Register for one of the info sessions today (or share the details with someone you know!) to get the conversation started.
Here's to brighter days ahead,
