Asparagus for All!

We've talked to the farmers and scoped out the farmers' markets for you and asparagus season has officially reached southern and central Minnesota. Don't fret, northern folks, your time is coming soon!

Try shaving asparagus in a crunchy salad or toss it on the grill next to your steak. We even hear asparagus noodles are a thing! For the next few weeks, there is nothing we want to eat more than delicious Minnesota asparagus. Get your fill now because this harbinger of spring doesn't stick around all summer long.
