Yesterday, Democrats introduced a resolution to expel habitual liar George
Santos from the House.^1 The motion failed after Republicans voted in
lockstep to protect the representative, who is currently under federal
indictment on 13 charges of wire fraud, money laundering, and theft of
public funds.^2

John, the far right is willing to do anything to keep a lying,
stealing representative in Congress—all so Republicans can keep their
razor-thin majority in the House. 

We can't let them get away with it. Which is why MoveOn will be going all
in to defeat Santos in 2024, along with the Republicans who protected him.

For months, MoveOn members have been at the forefront of the effort to
expel Santos from Congress. 

More than 113,000 MoveOn members signed the petition calling on Santos to
resign.

And MoveOn has hosted in-person protests at Santos's office demanding that
he be held accountable for his actions and leave office. 

If House Republicans won't act to remove Santos from Congress, then we
will.

voting in lockstep with Marjorie Taylor Greene and the rest of the MAGA
Republican House.

We need to defeat only five of them in 2024 to hand control of the House
back to Democrats.
