And our settlement commits Pennsylvania to extensive public reporting of statistics regarding their ongoing voter-roll clean-up efforts for the next five years.

Thanks to our members’ support, over the last two years our remarkable run of litigation successes in states across the country have resulted in well over 2 million ineligible registrations being removed from voter rolls.

That means our lawsuits have eliminated over 2 million opportunities for voter fraud!

Pennsylvania now joins Colorado, New York and North Carolina in settling National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) lawsuits with Judicial Watch…and that is just this year.

But the battle for honest elections is far from over!

All our election integrity work…our NVRA lawsuits, as well as legal actions like our successful challenge to the Maryland Democratic state legislature’s “extreme” congressional gerrymander and our still-active lawsuit against Illinois to stop election officials there from extending Election Day for 14 days beyond the date established by federal law …require long-term research and investigations, as well as litigation.

And this work is expensive.

Today, our election integrity team continues to review state and federal data to determine if other states are failing to clean their voter roll as the NVRA requires…

…while we are also researching legal avenues to challenge the Left’s full range of assaults on traditional ballot integrity safeguards.
