The adage ?April Showers Bring May Flowers? bodes well for a spectacular display of wildflowers throughout Minnesota. Last weekend's fishing opener drew thousands of anglers to Minnesota waters; this tradition marks the unofficial start of summer for many. It's time to head out and enjoy the warm, sunny days.

On June 10, plan a trip to hike or bike amidst abundant wildflowers or find a new hot spot for fishing during Free Park Days at Minnesota State Parks and Recreation Areas.
