Creating meaningful spaces doesn't happen automatically. It requires intention, planning, and communication. Trust for Public Land engages with residents in order to build and enhance parks that reflect their cultures while making everyone feel welcome. Chattanooga, Tennessee, offers a vibrant example of this approach.

For more than a decade, we’ve conducted an annual survey of America’s local park systems. Every year, our research probes a little deeper and a little wider, and the impact of the ParkScore® index reaches further. The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) is one of America’s most comprehensive climate change laws. We cannot let this happen. Urge your representative to oppose this devastating bill now!
