We’re here today and every day with support and advice, but this week’s a great excuse to chat about all things anxiety. There's loads to get involved with, from candid chats with Self-Space, Jaaq and Payplan to the immersive exhibition Monolith at Outernet London which brings the feelings of anxiety to life.
