Sharing Information from the Health Care Authority: Spam Calls

The Health Care Authority has been notified that a small group of customers received spam calls posing as HCA representatives, some requesting debit card information. Internal HCA teams are aware and reporting these through the proper channels with as much information as possible. HCA addressed this earlier in an April announcement, but there may be an increase in this activity as we progress through unwinding activities. Apple Health Communications is advising partners and customers: if they receive a phone call or text message they think is a scam, they should hang up and report this to Apple Health customer service at 1-800-562-3022.
