Fellow Conservative,

Where is President Biden?

He’s not in The Situation Room.

He’s not at the border, conferring with border patrol agents on the front
lines.

He’s not at the Capitol negotiating with Republicans over their recently
passed border bill.

Nope – he’s been riding his bike on the beach in Delaware …

Since Title 42 expired last Thursday at midnight, the situation at the border
has become grave. And President Biden seems oblivious to everything but his bike
and the ice cream cone he undoubtedly enjoyed after his afternoon outing.

As I type this email, migrants who cross the border and request asylum are
being givencourt dates to appear in front of an immigration judge in 2026.

Yes, court dates are three years from now. Once migrants are given processing
documents, they’re released on their own reconnaissance and often never heard
from again.

Fellow Conservative, this might be acceptable to Democrat leaders who receive
police protection details, but is it acceptable to you?

Republicans just passed a bill that would require anyone claiming asylum to
remain in Mexico while awaiting their court date. That seems like common sense
to me. But Democrats call it “extreme.”

In my capacity as a county Sheriff and a candidate for U.S. Senate, I
recently began collecting signatures for a petition. I’m sending this petition
to President Biden, demanding he negotiates with Republicans to implement their
border security bill, andI’m hoping you’ll add your name to it today

.

Fellow Conservative, we must stop the invasion. It’s as simple as that.

We do that by sending law enforcement officials, who know a thing or two
about quelling unrest, toreplace Democrats in the Senate who can’t seem to
figure out how to do their damn jobs.

Border security will be an ongoing problem while Democrats are in office
because they simply will not accept responsibility for it, much less come up
with a coherent policy that Republicans will support.

As a Sheriff, I can tell you that the bill House Republicans just passed is
one that prioritizes keeping our communities safe – and it’s a bill I would
vote for if elected to the Senate. By and large, migrants avoid Pinal County (
where I’m Sheriff) as much as possible because they know that my deputies and I
enforce the law.

GET SERIOUS ABOUT THE BORDER→

What is unfortunate is that most border communities lack the resources to
keep their communities secure from the masses that are descending upon them.

I’m running for the U.S. Senate to change that.

Americans need leaders in the federal government with the experience of
dealing with migrants firsthand. We need leaders who aren’t afraid to tell
their constituents the truth. We need leaders in Congress who won’t ignore the
dire situation at the border because they’re not directly affected by it.

Thank you for your time,
