Prosperity Now created a cohort of BIPOC-led nonprofits to collect and share information, build capacity, and improve the technical assistance capabilities of the participating nonprofits. The initiative focused on two southern cities with diverse populations and nonprofits: Savannah and Memphis. The cohort included five participating nonprofits and established the Racial Economic Equity Fellowship, which focuses on achieving organizational goals, providing resource and communication support, and organizational pitch development strategy.
