Join the Urban Institute and maternal health experts to interrogate the disproportionately low number of Black/African American maternal health clinicians (obstetricians, midwives, and labor and delivery nurses), to review the structural barriers to entering and staying within the field, and to discuss recommendations that address this issue and support a thriving workforce.
